I tried to make crepes using rice flour. The texture is different from the "usual" wheat flour crepes but I still find it an enjoyable crepe. And it is very much worth a try for people who cannot have gluten. Please enjoy!

Ingredients :
- 50g rice flour
- 10 to 15g sugar
- a dash of salt
- 170g semi skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil or 8g unsalted butter
