When adding a YouTube video link into Canvas Studio, you gain access to the wonderful features that Canvas Studio offers. However, you WILL lose the captions you've spent time perfecting in YouTube! This video will show you a quick trick to bring your YouTube captions into your Canvas Studio video.
PLEASE NOTE: In the video at 4:35 I recommend downloading your captions file as a .vtt file. As of 10/9/2020, the .srt file format is now the better choice as the .vtt file can include HTML markup which makes the text confusing!
