Hong Kong will change tactics as it battles a continued surge in COVID-19 cases. Chief Executive Carrie Lam said the government's plans to conduct city-wide testing are no longer a priority. Mrs Lam will now hold daily briefings to keep the public updated on the situation until the fifth wave is over.
