The intention of this channel is to teach people multiple ways to use their essential oils to support their health and wellness journey.
Anxious feelings are a prominent challenge in society today. We are constantly bombarded by images of perfect people with perfect lives who can do everything well. This creates unrealistic expectations and can add stress feelings of overwhelm as we try to meet these expectations.
This video goes over just 3 of the many ways to use essential oils to help soothe and decrease feelings of anxiousness, stress and overwhelm. I have included a rollerball recipe for a special essential oil blend that works really well to soothe anxious feelings. These are essential oils that have helped my family and friends.
