After 8 years on Asus laptop, I wanted to buy myself a new powerful machine that would work on me for many years.

I have chosen a unique laptop from Dream Machines (Clevo/Sager, same) with a desktop 9900k, RTX 2080, 4k 144 Hz display.
And also 4000 MHZ laptop memory sticks (4x8) from Corsair.
I bought them all together in Komputronik, polish shop.

In this video, I have shared my full buying experience.
This is an insane story which shows how companies can shit peoples life because they think no one will find it out.

Right now, Komputronik stated that since Dream Machines hasn't completely fixed the laptop, they won't return me money and will try to repair it again.

So one year has passed, they don't return money despite they promised to, they can't fix the laptop, and they started to completely ignore my questions on any emails. I can't find out what they are doing with my laptop, why they don't comment on all the problems with the laptop. They decided that they can simply now answer these important questions, it continues for days and weeks. They behaved in the same way earlier, when I paid them my money they started to answer on my messages with long huge delays.

They try to avoid the responsibility for selling me a very expensive defective laptop.
In such situations the true face of the company is relieved.

I wrote to many employees working at Komputronik, added them on LinkedIn, they all ignore my problems.
They hope that I will disappear and they won't have to compensate this problem.

This is a real company in Poland in 2020.

They completely ruined and devastated my life, since all my investments were frozen, I have to travel to Poland, again and again, to deliver them my laptop, despite Dream Machines has a Ukrainian department and they have service centers. So one company, after so many troubles can't simply communicate inside it to reduce my problems and solve them efficiently. Well, they can't solve it anyhow. Again, in 2020 this is happening.
