The tiny island nation of Kiribati could soon become non-existent. It is shrinking because of rising ocean levels, a side-effect of climate change. The country's president is the subject of a Sundance Film Festival documentary, Anote's Ark, which looks at whether Kiribati's citizens are destined to become the world's first environmental refugees.
