Recipes:
Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/4 coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg or flax-meal egg
1/4 maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
How to:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Mix all wet ingredients.
3. Mix all ingredients together to form dough.
4. Roll dough & use cookie cutters to make biscuits.
5. Cook in oven for 8-10mins on 180 degrees.
Jam Drop Cookies
Jam drop:
1 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Biscuit:
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 baking powder
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 egg or flax meal egg
1/4 cup maple
1 tsp vanilla essence
How to:
1. Cook jam drop ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil then let simmer for 10-15 mins. Let it cool before spooning into biscuits.
2. Mix all wet ingredients.
3. Mix all dry ingredients.
4. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
5. roll into balls & use thumb to put hole in the middle.
6. Cook on 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
7. Spoon jam into holes & cook for another 10-15 mins.
