High temperatures and wildfires are raising serious concerns in parts of Western Canada. Alberta has implemented a fire ban for its entire forest protection area amid the forced evacuation of a northern community, while new wildfires in B.C. have prompted an overnight evacuation order in a Cariboo Regional District community.
