Looking ahead to 2022 and beyond, Josep Borrell Fontelles, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission (HR/VP), will deliver a keynote speech on 25 January 2022 outlining what is at stake for EU security and defence and outlining his political priorities.
