If you fancy using older (possibly valve/tube) gear/PAs
then you'll need one of these to match your modern,
low impedance microphone to the high impedance
inputs. Maybe you want to play your harp through a
Fender Champ or experiment with guitar effects on
your voice.
Good to keep in your gig bag so if the PA goes down,
you can finish the gig with your mic going through the
guitar or keyboard (or even bass if needs must) amp!
The ToneCraft BoostMate is a bit expensive and
classy for this backup role, so maybe one of the
others would do.
