Of course it is possible that you will the longer you can’t lift weights in the gym. BUT we can minimize the muscle loss with simple habits. You might be frustrated and demotivated to keep your healthy habits when you can’t workout, but ESPECIALLY NOW it is so important that you’re sticking to a healthy diet (I recommend staying on maintenance).
