Hello everyone, here's the list of ingredients along with the steps to make homemade soft kahk

Ingredients:
- two cups of flour
- ghee butter (samna)
- cardamom
- vanilla powder
- cornstarch
- cinnamon powder
- water mixed with salt
- powdered sugar

steps to make the kahk:
1) add two cups of flour in a bowl
2) add one spoonful of cinnamon, one spoonful of cardamom and mix it all together
3) melt one cup of ghee butter, progressively add it to the mix to form the dough (you will approximately use ¾ of the cup)
4) sprinkle the dough with the water mixed with salt, the more salted water you will add the harder the cookies will be
5) take the dough and shape it into the size you like
6) put it in the oven (350) and let it cook for 40-45 minutes, until it’s golden.
7) take another bowl and add two cups of powdered sugar, a spoonful of cornstarch and a spoonful of vanilla powder
8) wait until the Kahk is cold and put it in the bowl, flip it from side to side to make sure that it’s fully covered with sugar and they’re ready to be enjoyed :)
