Once again, the #whitesox held a lead after 6 innings. The Sox led 5-2 after #chrisflexen pitched well enough to earn a quality start. But, then #kap says, that’s where the ‘terrible manager’ #pedrogrifol took over. Freshly called up from Triple-A, #jordanleasure threw gas on the fire, allowing a pair of HRs and 4 runs on 4 hits. Kap doesn’t understand why you go to the freshly called up rookie in that spot.
#nickylopez tied the game on a bloop double to force extras, but eventually the #minnesotatwins were too much and moved to 8-0 against the Sox this year.
