Three Fund Portfolios are a great way to invest because they provide great diversification, a low expense ratio, and should be less work and more passive than other investment strategies. However, 3 fund portfolios are down this year, and haven't performed as well as many may have hoped. Just investing in a the S&P 500 for example with Vanguards VOO, Is down just as much as a three fund portfolio. I share my thoughts in this video.
