Since getting started with fitness, and specifically lifting, it's been my goal to join the 1000 Pound Club. After nearly 18 months of weight loss and strength training I was finally able to get all three maxes in a single session with pretty decent form. I currently weigh 212 lbs and clock in at 24% body fat. Nothing spectacular, to be sure, but I'm proud of my work so far.
This is the first time I've seen my lifts on video, and I'm already noticing areas to work on improving my form. I'll happily take any tips in comments.
My ultimate fitness goals have me adding about 260 lbs to the PL Total I achieved here while shedding another 20 lbs of body fat, so there's still quite a bit of work ahead of me. For now I'm just pleased to have conquered my first major milestone.
