Mutton Malai Handi
Ingredients for Mutton Malai Handi:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 ½ cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mutton boneless 1 kg
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 ½ cup
Hot water 1 cup
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt 1 cup
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup & for garnishing
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Green chilies (julienne) as required
Directions:
1. In a preheated pot add oil, onion and cook until translucent. Then add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
2. Now add mutton and cook until it changes its color.
3. Now add red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili flakes. Mix it well.
4. Now add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 mins. Add hot water and cover and cook for 20-25 mins or meat is fully cooked.
5. Then add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt and cook it for 4-5 mins or until the oil is separated.
6. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 2 mins.
7. Now garnish it with green coriander, green chilies, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream.
8. Your Mutton Malai Handi is ready. Serve with naan or roti and enjoy.
