We have known this for long long time and now remembered it again. Very useful since it goes pretty much throught anything.

Steps:

1. Stay right next to the wall you want to bypass
2. Start duel
3. Cast poly
4. Wait until you get inside wall (might take some attempts)
5. Use pvp trinket or something that frees you instantly.

We used to use this _VERY_ much back in WotLK. Was one of the best way getting throught walls back then.
