Ingredients - Mutton (එළුමස් 500g)
Water (වතුර කෝප්ප දෙකක්)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-4)
Ginger (ඉගුරු)
Tomato (තක්කලි)
Onions (ළූණූ)
Garlic (සුදු ළුණු)
Fenugreek (උලුහාල් තේ හැන්දක්)
Chili Powder (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දි 2)
Turmeric Powder (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Roasted Curry Powder (කලුපහේ මේස හැන්දක්)
Curry Powder (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල් මේස හැන්දි 2)
Cumin seed (සූදුරු තේ හැන්දක්)
Black Pepper (ගම්මිරිස් මේස හැන්දක් )
Cardamom (කරදමුංගු ඇට 2-3පමන)
Clove (කරාබුනැට් 3-4)
