The best way to prevent infection and spread of germs, including the coronavirus, is by practizing good hand hygiene, and regularly washing your hands with soap and water. Washing your hands improperly means they probably aren't fully clean so learn how to wash your hands properly to prevent the spread of germs.
The first, and most important question is: did you wash your hands with soap? A water-only rinse off isn't enough to keep your hands really clean, so make sure you pick up the soap while you're at the sink and wash for at least 20 seconds. If you have a hard time keeping track, you can hum through Happy Birthday twice to make sure you've been washing long enough. Make sure you get the soap all over. Don't miss your wrists, in between your fingers, or under your fingernails.
Just washing your hands properly reduces the likelihood of getting sick (by a lot!), but sometimes, germs slip through. If you do get sick, set up an appointment with your Babylon doctor through our app ([ Ссылка ]). They'll be able to guide you through treatment and put you on the path to recovery.
