Rice:
300g Basmati rice
150ml Water
150ml Chicken Stock
½ tsp Cumin seeds
3 Cloves
5 Cardamom seeds
1 Cinnamon stick
2 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Salt
Chopped coriander leaves

Chicken marinate:
500g Chicken thigh
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Grated garlic
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
