According to reports, Cherilus, 40, was involved in a disturbing incident on a Delta Air Lines flight from Boston to Dublin.

During the flight, Cherilus, allegedly intoxicated, argued with the flight crew about his seat. About an hour into the journey, he reportedly urinated on an elderly passenger and subsequently hit another individual who had taken that passenger's seat. Following the altercation, the flight returned to Logan International Airport, where Massachusetts state troopers escorted Cherilus off the plane after he refused to cooperate. Police stated that Cherilus passed out following the incident.
