Durian Pandan Crepe Cake
榴莲香兰千层蛋糕
Ingredients:
Pandan Crepe batter (makes approximately 28pcs crepes) :
250g cake flour
40g castor sugar
4 large eggs
250ml water
300ml milk
50ml pandan juice
30g butter (melted)
Durian Cream filling:
200g durian puree
80g icing sugar (sifted)
450g whipping cream
