Durian Pandan Crepe Cake
榴莲香兰千层蛋糕

Ingredients:
Pandan Crepe batter (makes approximately 28pcs crepes) :
250g cake flour
40g castor sugar
4 large eggs
250ml water
300ml milk
50ml pandan juice
30g butter (melted)

Durian Cream filling:
200g durian puree
80g icing sugar (sifted)
450g whipping cream

香兰蛋糕面糊（制作约28片面饼）
250克 低筋粉
40克 幼糖
4颗 蛋（大）
250毫升 水
300毫升 鲜奶
50毫升 香兰汁
30克 融化牛油

榴莲奶油馅：
200克 榴莲泥
80克 糖粉
450克 奶油
