👉Puto Pao Recipe Details


Battered Mixture👇

2 Cups AP Flour (sifted 3x)
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 budget pack powder milk (Bear Brand)


3/4 Cup Water
2 Eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Butter or margaine


Asado Fillings

250 grms ground chicken meat or pork meat
3 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 star anis
2 tbsp soy sauce
pepper to taste
1/2 cube of knor cube
1 pack oyster sauce ( 30 grms)
2 tbsp Corn starch deluted in 1/2 cup water
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
cooking oil

😋Cheese for Toppings




* Combine all dried ingredients into mixing bowl and Mix well, Then add all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly 'till gets smooth with no Lumps, and Set aside to prepare puto molder.


* Steam at 15-20 minutes, Make Sure the water is boiling before placing puto on the Steamer, High temp. for boiling water helps puto battered to arise nicely😊
