This is a look at some of our new climate controlled storage units that we just finished construction on. This was previously a boat and RV covered parking storage building that we converted to interior access climate controlled units. We like to do this at our storage facilities, because it provides a premium product, Increases revenues to our facilities, and is a much better use of the space as a whole. We enjoy building climate control storage units because they attract a premium clientele and demand a premium price.
