Tonight, Norfolk police officer Sean Blackwell is on the road to recovery after being shot in the line of duty. According to Norfolk police, officers were responding to a call at a home on Arcadia Street Saturday afternoon when a man came outside and started shooting at them. Officer Blackwell got hit multiple times and officers fired back hitting the gunman. Tonight, Brenna McIntosh spoke with members of the department who are keeping Blackwell in their prayers.
