Whilst the energy of creating a podcast has been calling me for a long while, it took a long time to get really clear on why I'm doing it. What's the intention? How is it going to help people? Living into these questions has really shaped this new podcast in a way that I hope will really serve, support and encourage you to return to the wisdom within.  

So what do I really mean when I talk about "returning to the wisdom within"? In this first episode, we dive deep into that very question. I’ll also lay out what you can expect from me going forward - each season features a diverse selection of episode styles - some episodes will be short to help you connect with the wisdom within quickly, others will be more in-depth deep-dives. So no matter how long you have, you can always find something to return you to the wisdom within.
