Ingredients: Sugar syrup;
Sugar (Cheeni) - 2 Cups
Water (Pani) - 2 Cups
Saffron Strands (Kesar) - 10-12
Rose Water (Gulab jal) - 1 Tsp
Gulab Jamun:
Milk powder - 1 Cup
All purpose flour (Maida) - 4 Tbsp
Baking Soda - a pinch
Cardamom powder (Elaichi) - 1/2 Tsp
Clarified butter (Ghee) - 1 Tbsp
Milk (Doodh) - 1/3 Cup
Oil (Tel) - deep frying
Sliced Pistachios - garnishing (optional)
