SHV Energy, via its Singapore-based trading unit S&RM (Supply & Research Management), has expanded its cryogenic LPG storage terminal facility in Tuticorin, India. The expansion ensures LPG supply to the Indian market, primarily through SHV Energy’s Indian subsidiary SUPERGAS.
The facility, which is situated at the port, will expand from 8,500 metric tonnes to 38,500 metric tonnes, representing an investment of about INR 500 Cr. The terminal expansion will be inaugurated on the 17th of November by Bram Gräber, CEO of SHV Energy, Steven Sels, Management Board Member and Santanu Guha, CEO of SUPERGAS.
