Record-breaking temperatures are suffocating Europe. It's causing wildfires and discomfort in the immediate term, but the full impact may take longer to set in. In the battle between food and extreme heat there are no winners. Farmers, consumers, even the ECB, are all losers as searing temperatures threated food production. Bloomberg's Oliver Crook reports.
