Sims 4 Spa Day Refresh is happening - new gameplay including nails, manicures, pedicures, make money with wellness, be a yoga instructor, and more. Plus, there's THREE new wellness aspirations, a new trait, and new objects. But, is this really enough to make the pack fun?

Spa Day was released in 2015, and it was a disappointment to many players. Your Sim couldn't actually be a yoga instructor. But now you can - and you can start a wellness business or just make money on the side teaching yoga in the park, leading meditation, giving manicures and pedicures, or using the massage table.

I really like these changes and updates. I always like to see the game making progress. But my concern is that the developers/EA/Sims team - whoever - is focusing on things that are less important. So many players have been asking for base game fixes - things like lore, whims, trait overhaul, memories, better autonomy, etc.

Does refreshing old packs take attention away from fixing the core problems with the game? Or is this just the beginning of the team really trying to overhaul Sims 4 and make it better?
