The electrophysiology cardiac catheterization lab at the Burr Heart & Vascular Center at Sharp Grossmont Hospital is used primarily to treat abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmia), including atrial fibrillation. The room is equipped with three-dimensional mapping technology to detect irregular heart rhythms.
