Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Garlic - 2 bulbs (for curry and marination )
salt
coriander leaves
Mutton Masala - 1 / 1/2 tsp
water - 3 cups
oil - 5 tbsp
whole spice -
cinnamon - 3 inch
Cloves - 4
Green Cardamom - 2
Bay leaf - 1
Onion - 2 medium
Green chili - 6
tomato - 1 medium
turmeric powder - 1 / 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 / 1/2 tbsp
chili powder - 1 /1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 2 tsp
