Ingredients:
Chana sattu: 1 cup (30gm)
Finely Chopped Onion: 1 pc (20gm)
Boiled Paneer/potato: 1 pc (20gm)
Kasuri methi: 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder: 1 tsp
Mix spice: 1 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Olive oil: 2 tsp
Red chili: 1/2 tsp
Lemon pickle masala: 3 tsp
Ajwain: 1 tsp
Calories: 295.7 | Carbs: 40.91 | Fats: 7.99 | Proteins: 13.72 ( per 1 pc)

Procedure:
1. Take Chana flour, grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, Kasuri methi, carom seeds, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, and pickle masala in a bowl and mix well.
2. Now add some water and mix it well.
3. Use prepared dough for the next steps.
6. Divide the dough into small balls. Take each ball and dust it with flour and roll it into a circle.
7. Place about a tsp of sattu mixture in the circle and bring the edges together to seal the filling.
8. Pinch the dough on top and flatten it and dust again with flour if needed.
9. Now Roll it gently into a circle.
10. Heat a Tawa and place the rolled paratha on it.
11. Flip over in a minute and drizzle a tsp of oil.
12. Flip over again in about a minute and drizzle some oil.
13. The paratha is done with both sides cooked and here the beetroot paneer paratha is ready to be served.
