Ingredients
200 g beef
500 g spinach
80 g rice
1 medium onion
6 green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tomato
1 branch mint
Salt
Pepper
800 ml water
Preparation
• In a pot pour olive oil, add the meat cut into pieces, salt and pepper and let the pieces of meat to cook.
• When they take color add the onion and it cook for 5-7 minutes.
• Then add the green onion and rice, mix well the ingredients and let them get some color.
• Add the peeled tomatoes and cut into cubes, pour the water and let the burania simmer.
• Once it has cooked, check it for salt.
• Once the consistence is thickened, add in the last minutes of cooking spinach and mint not to lose color and flavor.
