In this video, I am wading for giant spawning crappie. The Texas Crappie Spawn of 2023 is heating up in Texas! I am crappie fishing with hand tied jigs from Slab City Jigs, and using my 10' ACC Crappie Stix. I am wading an area of cattails and reeds for crappie in a cove that a creek feeds into, a great area to find spawning crappie! Wading for crappie can be tough, but if you fish enough bank, you will eventually run into some crappie!
