The three suspects in a high profile murder case were all in Hamilton County court Friday morning at the same time.
Derek Morse, Skylar Allen, and Jacob Allison are accused of gunning down three people in a Lookout Valley RV park in April.
Morse and Allen are still in jail with no bond. They went before Judge Barry Steelman for a status hearing. Both were assigned public defenders. This is the first step in a long process before this case ever goes to trial.
The now 16 year old Allison sat with his family in court. He was never called in front of the judge because he already has representation by the law firm Davis and Hoss.
The three are accused of killing John Lang, Caleb Boozer, and John Morris. Allison, then 15 years old, will be tried like the others, as an adult.
No court date has been set for Morse. Allen and Allison are scheduled to be arraigned on October 21st.
