On the morning of February 9, 2017, a motorist finds the body of an unclad female in Scioto Metro Park in Grove City, OH. Officer Doug Fraley is the first to arrive on the scene and finds the young woman, who has been shot twice in the head, lying naked in the middle of a field. Investigators have more questions than they have answers. They do not have much to go on to identify the seemingly very young woman. All they have is a necklace she was wearing and a tattoo underneath her left arm to identify her. Grove City is a quiet community that rarely experiences major crimes in general let alone homicides so the death of an (as of yet) unidentified girl sends shockwaves through the city. Due to the now high-profile nature of the crime, investigators call all hands on deck, knowing full well that they're working against the clock to try to identify suspects.
