Ingredients:
2 snow crab clusters + 2 Dungeness crab clusters

3 1/2 lbs of deveined shrimp

4 lbs of red potatoes

4 ears of corn (cut in halves)

24 oz Cajun andouille sausage

Zatarain's crab boil seasoning (optional) OR a combination of salt and
spices for boiling

2 cups of butter

2 tbsps lemon pepper

3 heads of garlic

Handful of chili peppers and/or your favorite hot peppers or pepper sauce (optional)

Green seasoning- 10 bandhania/chadon beni/culantro leaves, 1 bundle of
cilantro, 2 bay leaves, 4-6 sprigs of thyme

2 tbsps Cajun seasoning (I used Slap Ya Mama Hot)

1 tbsp smoked paprika
