A Vatican group is studying the life and legacy of a 20th century pope whose papacy lasted roughly one month. The group is taking a look into the archives of John Paul I. He served as pope for 33 days before his death in 1978. Friday's event is being held in collaboration with the Department of Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University. Professor at the Faculty of History and Cultural Heritage of the Church at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Fr. Mark Lewis, joins to tell us more about this event and what he intends to focus on. Fr. Mark shares some of the things he learned from the private archives of John Paul I. He discusses what he hopes will come out of this conference on John Paul I and what he would like our audience to know about the pope.
