In this video, I am cooking Miso-marinated Chicken. This is similar to Teriyaki chicken but with Miso paste. Miso paste is a Japanese seasoning made from fermented soy beans.
Ingredients for Miso-marinated chicken
Chicken 200-400g (8-16 oz)
Miso 2 Tbsp
Sake 1 Tsp
Sugar 2 Tsp-2 Tbsp
(you can put more sugar, if you like it sweeter)
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Ginger a small piece
*I made more tries later and found out that it tastes much better, when you add more sugar to it. so depending on how you like it, you can put in more than described. The best result for me was about 1.5 to 2 Tbsp of Sugar for 2 Tbsp of Miso.
