花生 Peanuts 300g
江鱼仔 anchovies 100g
植物油 cooking oil
盐 salt 1茶匙/tsp
1。花生和江鱼仔洗净,用餐巾纸吸干水份。
Clean peanuts & anchovies. Pat dry with kitchen towel.
2。烤花生 Roast peanuts:
烤盘里刷植物油,花生平铺在烤盘上。
Spray a layer of cooking oil on baking pan.
Place peanuts into the banking pan.
*放入已预热气炸锅,180度,烤13分钟。
Place the pan into the preheated air fryer, 180℃, 13 minutes.
*开门搅拌一下,再以180度,烤3分钟。
Toss the peanuts, 180℃, 3 minutes.
*开门搅拌一下,再以180度,烤2分钟。
Toss the peanuts again, 180℃, 2 minutes.
*开门搅拌一下,再以180度,烤2分钟
Toss the peanuts again, 180℃, 2 minutes.
**一共20分钟。Total 20 minutes.
3。出炉待冷却。
Transfer to another plate to let it cool.
4。烤江鱼仔 Roast anchovies:
烤盘里刷植物油,江鱼仔平铺在烤盘上。
Spray a layer of cooking oil on baking pan.
Place anchovies into the banking pan.
以180度,烤8-12分钟。中途开锅盖搅拌1-3次
180℃, 8-12 minutes. Toss the anchovies 4-5 minutes.
5。出炉待冷却。
Transfer to another plate to let it cool.
6。花生和江鱼仔冷却后,撒上盐,搅拌均匀。装入封密罐子里,室温可保存2-3个星期。
冷藏保存1-2个月。
Sprinkle salt onto the peanuts and anchovies.
Keep in an airtight container. It should last for 2-3 weeks in room temperature.
And 1-2 months in refrigerator.
