Tennessee delivered its finest performance of the season in a 41-21 victory over South Carolina on Saturday in front of an announced crowd of 87,397 at Neyland Stadium.
Tennessee’s quarterback carousel spun to perfection. The Vols gained a season-high 485 yards and scored more than 30 points against a Power 5 opponent for the first time since the 2017 season opener.
Tennessee (3-5, 2-3 SEC) kept its bowl hopes very much alive and beat South Carolina (3-5, 2-4) for the first time since 2015.
