- 3 medium aubergines
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 gr of bread crumbs
- 80 gr of rolled oats or porridge oats
- a pinch salt & pepper
- a bunch of fresh parsley

Sauce Ingredients:
- 500 ml of tomato passata sauce
- 200 ml of soya cream
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- a pinch of salt and pepper
