NON-Formulary: These require a lengthy per-authorization process.
NOT-Available: Now it’s critical to request the treating physician review the BOP “similar equivalents”.
If none is appropriate – home confinement may be necessary if going without the specific Medication is Life Threatening, or The BOP makes the medication available!
