This is a video which will teach you quickly how to make 1920's bloomers and there is a pattern below to download! Pattern is about size 10/12 Womens but can be easily altered by slicing down the middle of the pattern and adding or taking away paper as necessary! You can also lengthen the legs if you want longer bloomers closer to the knee. Easy Peasy! Enjoy my friends.
