In this edition of #ACFrontPage, US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo joined Keith Krach in a conversation about implementing the CHIPS and Science Act to compete with China in semiconductor manufacturing.
Krach is co-chair of the Global Tech Security Commission, a joint initiative of the Atlantic Council’s Global China Hub and the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University.
"US companies are increasingly considering relocating their operations from China," Secretary Gina Raimondo said, after many had to close their Russian operations earlier this year amid Moscow’s war against Ukraine.
