On Friday 25 November, the Knowledge Centre Data & Society (KCDS) organised a webinar in which speakers were invited to discuss key topics in AI regulation.
1. Thomas Gils (CiTiP KU Leuven, and KCDS) on the latest state of affairs of the AI Act in the European Parliament.
2. David Scheere (Flemish Government, Department EWI) on the latest compromise text of the Council of the EU.
3. Jan De Bruyne (CiTiP KU Leuven, and KCDS) on new EU policy initiatives on AI liability.
4. Wannes Ooms (CiTiP KU Leuven, and KCDS) on the United States’ AI Bill of Rights and Canada’s AI and Data Act.
