I have written this deep sleep hypnosis and guided sleep meditation to improve your sleep, and help you wind down and relax at the end of the day, so that you can calm your overactive mind before bedtime. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates anxiety, unease or upset – you are able to access your subconscious mind.
