Hello everyone - this video shows how to make “Devillied cuttlefish”.
The ingredients used are the following:
2 teaspoons of salt
half a teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of pepper
Add lemongrass
Half a glass of water
Boil for 5 minutes
Separate the stock
2 tablespoons of oil
Add the cuttlefish
Fry for 5 minutes
Add Dry chilli pieces
Add cashew nuts
Add ginger & garlic
Add Onions
Add sliced green chillies
Add Capsicum
Add tomato ketchup into the stock
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons of red chilli flakes
Add the stock
Add tomatoes
