This is the most delicious appetizer bread I have ever made! Simple and delicious😋
You can serve it with anything you like, I served it with pesto sauce and eggplant dip
Ingredients:
550- 600 grams of flour
1/2 cup of warm water (120 ml)
1 tsp of salt ( 5 g )
1/2 cup of warm milk ( 120 ml)
10 grams of instant yeast
50 grams of melted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar ( 12 g )
100 grams of sesame
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth
3. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour
4. After an hour, divide the dough into 11 pieces (7 pieces of 80 grams and 4 pieces of 120 grams).
5. Shape the dough like in the video
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees
